1. Full advance payment is required; credit card will be charged once before service starts.
2. Monthly & Semester Plan fees are not refundable and there are no refunds or credits for missed weeks.
3. If no credit card number is on file, no additional dry cleaning or alteration services will be handled.
4. All plans include an individually numbered U Dirty Dawg laundry bag which will be received before the first week of service. If your bag is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a $10 charge will be charged to your account.
5. We check pockets before laundering and returning items, but U Dirty Dawg assumes no responsibility for personal items damaged or lost because they were left in the pockets. You agree that you will remove these things before sending clothing.
6. We pre-treat stains that we find during sorting, but we count on you to send a note attached to any garments that you want us to give special attention to. U Dirty Dawg cannot guarantee removal of any stains, but we will give special attention to the ones you point out. Please remember if you already washed and dried the item, the stain may have set.
7. U Dirty Dawg is not responsible for torn or damaged items that are not disclosed prior to pickup. If you have items that are torn or damaged but that you want cleaned anyway, simply include a note on the inventory form with your laundry bag. Please - no wet clothing.
8. The trained professionals at U Dirty Dawg use organic, natural cleaning products and provide great care in handling each customer's laundry separately, yet U Dirty Dawg accepts no liability for the following things:
Items that are damaged when washed and dried according to care labels.
Consequential damage that can occur during the normal process of washing and drying.
For changes that may occur during normal washing such as slight shrinking and gradual fading. We are also not responsible for damage from a garment that bleeds the first time it was washed if we were not informed that it was new.
9. We don't recommend laundering items that have a label that says “dry clean only.” Additional organic dry cleaning services are available. Contact us for special cleaning rates.
10. Inventory sheets are available per your request and are filled out by the customer. While not required, we request that you fill out these sheets so that there is never any discrepancy as to the items in your bag and if you have any special care cleaning instructions. 11. Items that require air drying typically cannot be accommodated due to the volume of clothing we handle. Please only send items that can be placed in the dryer, otherwise special cleaning arrangements can be made to meet your request. We aim to satisfy all our customers' laundry and dry cleaning needs!
