1. Don't be stuck doing laundry when you could be studying, getting some hours in at a job, taking in some down time, or just hanging out with your friends having fun. Leave it to the pros at U Dirty Dawg!

2. We provide your own laundry bag with an ID number, pick it up, sort it, wash it separately, dry it and fold it using state-of-the-art methods, and deliver it back to you within 24 hours.

3. Stuff your bag to the fullest - we charge a flat fee. Each bag holds up to 20 pounds, so the more you stuff in, the more we wash. (Larger bags are available by special request.)

4. We only use premium organic and natural cleaning products to ensure high-quality laundering that is better for you and better for the environment!

5. Each house or location will have specific days for pickup and for delivery. On the day before your pickup simply call or email us by 10 PM to let us know you have laundry to pick up. In 24 hours you will go from a room full of dirty clothes to a closet filled with professionally washed and folded clean clothes.

Do I have to separate my lights and darks before pickup?
No way! You have enough other stuff going on. Lights, darks, whites, towels...leave the sorting to us. All you need to do is throw all your everyday wash & fold laundry in a bag and we will pick it up for you and take care of the rest. We separate white, lights, darks, and towels for each laundry order submitted . Regular laundry consists of items like pants, shirts, sweaters, underwear, etc. Also included are towels and some bedding. Ask about our special pricing for comforters, blankets, mattress pads and other bulkier items. And yes, we can take care of your dry cleaning needs as well.

What if I have delicates that require special attention?
For those customers who are washing delicates we will make sure their laundry receives appropriate attention. Delicates should be placed in a separate plastic bag inside your laundry bag. If there are any other special laundry or dry cleaning needs, just let us know. Fill out the inventory sheet and enclose that in your laundry bag and we'll take care of it.
